Become a Support Facilitator
As a fast growing organisation, we are always looking for motivated people to join our team. Our staff go above and beyond their everyday duties and are committed to making a difference to the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
We take great pride in being able to support and empower people in our community to reach their goals, while doing the things that they enjoy most.
What does a Support Facilitator do?
Our Support Facilitators provide assistance to people with many different disabilities in their own homes and communities, with a focus on assisting individuals in their daily lives.
As a Support Facilitator, you will work as part of a 7 day roster, including evening, sleepover and weekend shifts (additional allowances and loading). You will also have the opportunity to work on weekend and school holiday camps, with the potential to assist on our overseas trips and cruises.

-
Patient and understanding
-
Supportive and caring in nature
-
Ability to work in a team
-
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to accept responsibility
While experience in the disability sector or a Certificate III or above qualification is desirable, it is not essential. We encourage applications from all members of the community, including people from indigenous, linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds, also mature aged people.
