ABOUT US
Where It Started
TAG 5 was established in 2008 by our CEO, Germaine Arriagada, to address the clear need within our community for services for people with a disability and their families. Over the years, we have grown to be the company we are today, with now over 100 dedicated staff members who strive to improve the lives of those around them.
What We Do
Our mission is to enhance the lives of people with a disability. We help to provide opportunities for new experiences and community involvement in a safe and nurturing environment.
We provide people with a disability and their families the knowledge and skills necessary for promoting their own independence, equal opportunity and quality of life. Our aim is to help you to achieve your personal goals whether that’s assisting you to connect with your community, playing a sport, going overseas or learning other new skills. We are here to support you to reach your full potential.
Our Services
TAG 5 runs several services to meet everyone's needs. Our services include, camps, the Impact Program, respite, getaways and cruises. As the NDIS can be difficult to understand at times, TAG 5 also offers Support Coordination and NDIS Plan Management services. All TAG 5 activities are strategically planned, structured and risk managed in accordance with Disability Services licence requirements and TAG 5's organisational mission, values, principles, policies and procedures.
What We Have Achieved
TAG 5 have been successfully delivering focused and targeted programs and services for 13 years. Over that time we have assisted more than 5000 children, youth and adults on camps, activity days, cruises and international adventures. We are experts in delivering unforgettable experiences and are proud to have created a place within our community that is inclusive of all people.
